The start of the 2020 DKM season has proved that the Holzem twins have the pace to fight and battle for leaders’ positions.

After taking his first podium in karting, Juliano Holzem proved to be one of the quickest drivers of the weekend. The driver from Koblenz despite a difficult qualifying like his twin Sandro Holzem, managed to comeback during the qualifying heats, like Sandro as well.

On Sunday, Sandro Holzem started from P18 in Race 1 and managed to overtake some of the traffic in the technical track of Kerpen to finish P13. Despite that, on Race 2 the driver sponsored by Cologne Watch had to retire.

Meanwhile, Juliano Holzem started fifth in Race 1. Immediately, the driver of SFR Motorsport took second place and battled for the lead of the race. Juliano was waiting for the right moment to make the move for the lead of the race but a mechanical problem caused his retirement.

Then in Race 2, he had to start from the back in P23 but that was not a problem as he quickly overtook most of the field and managed to finish P6.

Leaving Kerpen knowing that both twins has the pace to battle for podiums, the Holzem Twins are now waiting for the next race of the championship in Mülsen.
